Terms of Service for Sylvian

Welcome to Sylvian. These terms govern your use of legal services offered at sylvian.biz.
1. Scope of Services
Sylvian provides various legal solutions for entity formation, contract drafting, and compliance advisory (collectively, the “Services”). Delivery depends on service type and schedule.
2. Digital Products
Digital offerings such as guides, templates, or courses (the “Digital Products”) are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. Access is granted via your account.
3. Physical Goods
Physical items, including printed manuals or reference materials (the “Goods”), are shipped to the address you provide. Title and risk pass upon delivery by our carrier partner.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services, Digital Products, and Goods are listed at sylvian.biz or provided in writing. Payment is due upon order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods.
5. Refund Policy
We aim for client satisfaction. Please review the terms below for each category:
5.1 Services
Requests for refunds of service fees must be submitted within 7 days of engagement start. If no substantial work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund. Where work has started, a pro rata reimbursement for unperformed portions will apply. Alternatively, unutilized service credit may be transferred to another service offering upon request.
5.2 Digital Products
Digital Product orders may be revoked within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the materials. Approved requests are subject to full electronic credit to your original payment method.
5.3 Goods
For Goods, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt if items remain in original condition and packaging. To do so, ship back the items to our address. Upon inspection, we will issue a full reimbursement to your initial payment source. Shipping expenses may apply unless the item is defective.
5.4 No Refund Services
Some premium or custom legal engagements are non-refundable once work commences, due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. This is noted at order entry and in your service agreement.
6. Changes to Terms
Sylvian may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date at top reflects the latest update.

8. Governing Law
